Yes, we are all still here. And, we are still breathing. And yes we are feeling, too. In fact, sometimes we are feeling a whole lot of feelings!Being a human is just plain hard sometimes. For all of us.
I consider part of my job as a yoga teacher is to be in the “reminder business”. I am purposely weaving a very important reminder throughout every class.  And it is this: We are, first and foremost, human beings. We tend to forget, and walk around believing ourselves to be human “doings”.
The Zoom platform provides a fun yet challenging way to present this experience of being human through the practice of yoga. I have had enough experience in the past 10 months, as well as feedback, to have some tricks on how to make the class both rewarding and fun.
Many of you have been showing up regularly for the Monday Zoom yoga class for almost a whole year! I must say that I am both delighted and surprised each week when you pop into my computer screen.And I want to offer up a special invitation:
