I lead a “slow-flow” mindfulness-based yoga class. My intention for each class is to encourage safe alignment in the poses, and to lead the student through an experience that feels nurturing, energizing and supportive.
The classes are truly appropriate for any level of student. Which may include “first-timers”, folks looking to dive deeper into yoga to develop tools to support them in larger yoga studio classes. I also work with students looking to recommit to a regular yoga practice.
I’m passionate about keeping my classes small in order to provide individual guidance and attention, through specific supportive assistance, as well as offering pose modifications, based on a student’s specific needs.
Special On-Site Classes– Want to bring a unique ” bonding” activity to your next family or business gathering? Ask me about on-site group classes!
Private Sessions or Series-Sometimes students desire one-on-one sessions customized to their specific needs. If that seems interesting to you, let’s talk. I frequently customize a “three-pack” of sessions and provide optional recordings of the sessions for the student to bring home for their work at home. I also work with weekly and bi-monthly students. Some study with me for a few weeks, some for a few years. If you would like to explore what might work for you, let’s connect.
